Rob has more than 18 years of experience as investor and advisor to technology and growth related companies. With a keen eye for game changing technologies, Rob has backed several leading companies in the areas of sustainability, 3D printing and predictive analytics. Most recently Co-founder & Director of G-PAK Technology Inc. (World’s first fully compostable beverage pod + disruptive consumer packaging company) and Bluestone Partners (Canadian VC firm).
Rob is also a founding board member of Instruments Beyond Borders (non profit) partnered with the Recycled Orchestra (Landfill Harmonic) to collect donated musical instruments for delivery to disadvantaged youth orchestras, both locally and abroad.
Costa has worked at the intersection of technology and new markets for 18 years. He is a Technology Advisor at the New Media Lab at Simon Fraser University (SFU) and a Director of SFU spinout, Ready Labs Inc.
Costa brings technology leadership, branding and market development expertise, together with startup experiences focused on technology-enabled platforms and new products for online education, tourism and government in Canada and abroad.
Mark Addison is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and international marketing consultant based in Silicon Valley. Mark was a former vice president of GolinHarris (sold to Interpublic Group); he co-founded Silicon Valley Forum (formerly SVASE), which is now the largest entrepreneur network in California; and he has helped several companies through IPO.
Mark is currently chairman of Rocket Science, an international tech PR firm based in San Francisco with clients in Finland, Germany, Israel, Korea and North America. Mark studied architecture at the University of California, Berkeley (and licensed several furniture designs that are still in production today), followed by an MBA degree from UCLA
Karen received her under-graduate degree from Simon Fraser University in 1998 (accounting and finance) and her professional designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC in 1999. She started her 20 year career in the assurance field but quickly expanded her focus to include a tax and business advisory role. She completed the in-depth tax courses offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accounts in 2005. Karen spent eight years as a partner with a mid-market independent firm before branching out to start her own practice.

It’s a task that has not only served him well on his own work, but the impressive list of clients he’s amassed in the past few years, many with his production partner DJ Khalil. Among the superstars that they’ve written for and produced: Detroit rap icon Eminem (the GRAMMY winning album Recovery & Call of Duty: Ghosts track “Survival”); Houston Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae’s Grammy-winning album, Gravity; multi-million-seller Pennsylvania pop doyenne P!nk’s album, The Truth About Love; and LA’s Aloe Blacc’s, Lift Your Spirit. There’s been Injeti’s work with Toronto rapper Drake (So Far Gone EP), California hip-hop producing icon Dr. Dre, New York rapper 50 Cent (Before I Self-Destruct), Virginia hip-hop trio Clipse featuring Kanye West (“Kinda Like A Big Deal”), Vancouver’s Swollen Member contributor Mad Child. On top of all that there are projects he’s working on with A$AP Rocky, Emeli Sande, Overdoz and a group he’s a part of called The New Royales, also including DJ Khalil, Liz Rodrigues, and Erik Alcock.
